Systemic Constellation Mentor Group
What is a Mentor Group?
- An informal, drop-in training program designed to provide constellation theory, experiential learning and personal growth opportunities.
- A low-cost program offering behind-the-scenes participation in constellation demonstrations, workshops, and as a guest in the formal facilitator training days.
- A structured environment that incorporates the needs of the members by providing tailored instruction for those who have joined the mentor group.
- Valuable preparation for those considering joining the formal training in Jan. 2011.
The Mentor Group Schedule of Opportunities
The Mentor Group is invited to attend Mark’s Friday Demonstrations followed by a private debriefing session: Oct 15th (Southcenter) and Nov 5th (Seattle). There are 3 weekend opportunities for Mentor Group Members to join the 2010 Facilitator Trainees during Saturday Training Days and/or Sunday Workshops: Aug 21st & 22nd, Oct 23rd & 24th, Dec 4th & 5th (Seattle).
Saturday: Members join the 2010 Systemic Constellation Facilitator Training Program as guests to: engage in the learning circle, benefit from the day’s content, experience group exercises, act as representatives, and may have their own constellations facilitated. Sunday: Following participation in the workshop, you are welcome to join current trainees and staff for a 1-hour question and comment session.

Fee Structure: Demonstration: Free Training or Workshop: $100/day
If it becomes clear that there is a core group of interested students, not involved in the formal training, who regularly attend the Open Training days and workshops, then a Mentor Group will be formed in recognition of this commitment. Additional attention will be given to this committed group, such as meeting during or after a workshop in order to learn from experience.
